Just about everyone knows that actor Tom Sizemore has a long history of drug problems. And now we also know for sure that Sizemore is quite a storyteller. Somehow RadarOnline reportedly got their hands on a 1998 recording which has the Heat actor claiming to have set up his ex-girlfriend, model and actress Elizabeth Hurley, with former President Bill Clinton.

The alleged tryst was supposed to have lasted one full year. Sizemore also reportedly claimed on the recording that Clinton pulled him aside while the actor was attending a private screening of Saving Private Ryan at the White House in order to ask him about Hurley and to get her phone number.

Now, Sizemore in an interview with HuffPost Live has admitted that the story is false, that the President did not have a year long affair with Hurley and in fact he's never even been to the White House. Sizemore blames the drugs for messing with his memory. "I'm not denying that I said these things. I don't remember saying them, but it's an old video tape, and they're the rantings of a guy...it's been well-chronicled that I had a very severe drug problem."

Elizabeth Hurley wanted to set the record straight. She took to her personal account Twitter yesterday to deny the allegations.

Sizemore apologized to both Clinton and Hurley for his remarks. The actor claims he's been sober since 2009. In 2013, Sizemore published By Some Miracle I Made It Out of There: A Memoir. The book chronicles his rise and fall in Hollywood from working with acclaimed directors like Oliver Stone and Steven Spielberg to ruining his life with rabid drug use which ultimately left him broke and homeless.
