Well, all I have to say that this clearly demonstrates where the man gets his campaign funding from.

To say that these online gaming operators are illegal and unregulated is rediculous, especially when you consider that many of the online casino and poker sites are licensed and regulated by various governement and other organisations.

Many gaming opertaors were taken by total surprise that this has actually come to pass.

Is Steve Beshear fucking stupid? Some of these domains aren’t even hosted in the US… Or even registered in the US… The most he can do is block the sites… He cant shut them down. This is an embarassment to all peoples of Kentucky. Who would elect a dumbass like this????

We won’t be voting for him next time, in fact we are seriously thing about moving to another state !

I really think it should be our choice. I am not happy with knowing that someone is deciding for me what i want or don’t want to do. I have also contacted my congressman about this; whether it will do any good or not I don’t know. I believe that the whole main reason behind not wanting this in Kentucky is because there not getting anything from it. GREEDY. I am ashamed to say that I live here at all.

Beshear must be high on Korntuckee bluegrass. He is a
buzzard licking his beak when he flies over the Ohio River.

    Why?

    • Please let me know why they have right to seize domains.

  6. Besides creating ways for youths to wager, Beshear said, unlicensed online casino site undermines horse racing by creating untaxed competition, makes it difficult to trace online laundering schemes and lacks consumer protections to ensure that people actually receive their winnings.

  7. the state could not seize about 141 online gambling domains because they do not constitute a gambling device

I think some local gaming is lobbying lawmaker to wipe out competition, still gambler is the loser ( morally and financially ).. follow the money..

  9. I conceive you have mentioned some very interesting details , thankyou for the post.
