  1. That was very useful. I did not expect that cell phone could put out any radiation.
    Thanks for this post.

I have to refrain from using cellular telephones. The few times that I had to use one were in a hospital setting. The nurses required that I use one in order to speak to a consulting physician. On each instance of using the telephone I began to experience a headache which lasted for several hours. I also experienced a degree of disorientation which lasted for several days. I concluded that I am sensitive to the RF radiation that penetrated into my brain. I also reasoned that it would be good for my health to stay away from these devices unless there was a dire emergency requiring their use.

A cell phone puts out radiation the level depending on the distance from the phone to the nearest cell tower. If the phone is correctly set up the nearer to the tower the less radiation. The problem with very low radiation output phones is that in a bad or borderline signal area you are less lightly to get a signal out & not be able to make a call in a remote place when you need it most in an emergency situation. so maybe the phones as with marine radio sets could be fitted with a low/high switch which is placed in high(normal power) position only when in bad signal areas for people who are worried about radiation levels.microwave radiation (cell phone & microwave ovens simlar freqency but different power levels (more to worry about..(grin)) only affect areas of the body with low blood supply circulation the most. The parts at risk from microwave ovens are the eyes & testicals. cell phone power levels are very much lower and it is the unproven long term affects which may be a problem.I have personaly noticed a warming of my ear when on the phone for sometime so use hands free whenever possible, including indoor cordless phones which work in the same way. 4. I am in trouble after seeing that chart!
