Google “gmap” Mashup with Possibilities

A site reader recently tipped me off about globefeed.com. Some people look at this app as a google map chat, however, the developers feel its much more than that.

The idea is that you can go on a virtual tour of the Earth with frinds, checking out placemarkers with them – add a spot, share locations, and connect with others. Pretty cool idea with some possibilities.
