Thought-Leaders to Provide Insight into Advertising and Marketing Sectors; New Advisory Board Members Named, and Annual Awards to Honor Industry’s “Best of the Best”.AD:TECH, the defining event for interactive marketing, occurring November 8-10 at the Hilton New York, will deliver one of the most impressive conference programs in its 9-year history.

The three-day conference and expo is to be highlighted by high-level keynote addresses, as well as the 8th Annual AD:TECH Awards.

The conference schedule includes an impressive line-up of keynoters including Ted Leonsis, Vice Chairman of America Online, Inc. and President of AOL Core Services, Tim Smith, CEO of TV Talk, Mary Bermel of Hewlett Packard, Rich Karlgaard, Publisher of Forbes, and Mike Windsor, CEO of OgilvyInteractive worldwide. In addition, Geoff Ramsey, CEO and Co-Founder of eMarketer, will address attendees during a State of the Industry Address on Monday, November 8. Immediately following his speech, Ramsey will announce the 2004 AD:TECH Award winners during a special ceremony.

The 8th Annual AD:TECH Awards salute and help promote groundbreaking achievement in the creation, execution and functionality of interactive advertising and marketing campaigns, technologies and web sites. Anticipating more than 800 entries, and employing more than 70 leading executives on its Panel of Judges, the Awards are truly a benchmark of the industry.

“As Chairman, it is my job to make certain that the submissions we review are judged fairly by industry professionals who recognize outstanding interactive advertising and marketing campaigns,” said Rob Graham, Chairman of Judges and Director of LearningCraft. “These Awards represent a level of judging professionalism rarely seen, and include a wide range of industry giants. I am honored to bring my expertise to the table by helping to select judges, overseeing the polling process, and lending accolades to advertisers and agencies around the world. I look forward to honoring those chosen the best and the brightest, on November 8.”

Awards will be presented for digital marketing, interactive advertising, search optimization, campaign optimization, integration, marketing technology, web site design, and more.

AD:TECH is also welcoming several key industry players to its Advisory Board: Pete Blackshaw, Chief Marketing & customer satisfaction Officer with Intelliseek, Jim Garrity, EVP & CMO with Wachovia Corporation, Yosi Heber, Chief Marketing Officer with Entertainment Publications, a wholly owned business of IAC/InterActiveCorp, and Charlie Buchwalter, Vice President, Client Analytics with Nielsen//NetRatings. With programming input from a Board comprised of industry experts, AD:TECH is an event created for the marketing industry by the marketing industry.
