  2. You make a good point of being able to get real time feedback. Not only can you search for comments on a product or company but you can reply back to that person and ask them about it. With all of this feedback, companies must have a Twitter presence for customer service.

  3. I also have seen an increase in visitors from using Twitter. It isn’t much but its better than none and I hope to increase my use of it as well as increasing my visitor traffic.

  5. twitter rocks but Google is best I’m sure twitter will be useful for certain things.

  6. The unfortunate part is that spam and spammers ultimately always find ways to rule these systems. The same type of issues happened with Myspace, Facebook and Linkedin.

  7. I think Twitter emulates human communication, only at a faster more convenient level, which is what is making it so popular.

  8. Twitter is good but need better security otherwise more Crash would be there ………
