  1. i guess when he starts the competitive level is quite low, then people link to his site, and more people link so once the traffic/competition goes up he already is above the wave

great work, start your own marketing term and get others to follow.

  2. skeptic

His “company” claims to help with SEO, but his case studies are the fact that he was able to register a domain name of a celebrity within hours of it airing on television, how is this SEO compared to pure luck? Google specifically searches for the domain name first as a keyword itself so i don’t understand how this has anything to do with SEO. How would his company help a random business? By registering Tom Cruise’s name and having it redirect to their page? I really don’t understand how this can even be newsworthy for this site.

On another really ethical and potentially legal liable issue for him is that he says his two websites are “official” on them as representing the clients when that is completely not true (in fact a Google search of Katrina Darrell reveals another website that indicates the Idol star herself complained about it). I think WebProNews ought to be careful not to seem like you are condoning this practice by covering it, you could be named in a future legal suit. Bring us SEO coverage, not SEO fakery.

    • Jenny

He has the term “Bikini Girl” #7 out of over 100,000,000 results on Yahoo so it shows that he can get even very competitive keywords to the top. (the domain name is katrinadarrell.org and the words Bikini Girl are not in the domain so you are wrong skeptic).

  3. Drew

I hired this guy and so far he has six of my websites #1 on Google, on keywords I selected. The best ROI I had last year! Now I don’t have to pay-per-click any longer. So I concur, he does have mad seo skills!

  4. Scott Walker

This is pretty amazing. It’s very hard to get any keywords #1 on Google, and to do it in 24 hours and to be able to out rank TMZ and Wikipedia when you search these three names is crazy!

  5. The company is also rapidly going after new markets. Historically, UMG has worked mostly with larger companies in the oil and gas, retail, financial, catalog, and utilities industries.

  6. He has the #1 website on Pants on the Ground guy from American Idol, General Larry Platt. The website is http://GeneralLarryPlatt.com it was up a few minutes after his performance and it’s at the top of Google, Bing, and Yahoo if you search General Larry Platt. It looks like his special formula works.
