The commercials are goofy, very funny, and one gross, but they get you to listen to the message.I already downloaded IE8 and I love it.I downloaded and it's all because of Dean Cain's commercials.Sorry for the plug, but he is the only reason I did that.I love your spokes person.(SIGH)
Shortly after Microsoft unleashed it's monstrous campaign for Bing, they're unveiling yet another campaign - this one for Internet Explorer 8.
The IE8 campaign features commercials starring actor, and former Superman, Dean Cain as public service announcer.
How do you like Microsoft's IE8 Advertising Campaign? Tell us.
Below are the four commercials with the problem that Dean Cain is addressing...
1.) O.M.G.I.G.P.
2.) S.H.Y.N.E.S.S.
3.) F.O.M.S.
4.) G.R.I.P.E.S.
The ads are are geared for going viral, but behind the silliness Microsoft is trying to do some good. Microsoft says that if people download the browser through their new site, BrowserForTheBetter.com, they'll donate eight meals to Feeding America.
Do you think that these ads are trying to hard? Let us know what you think.
