Google Talks Up AdWords And Analytics Seminars

Gives non-Californians a chance to attend

The majority of Google-related developments take place in or near Mountain View.  The company's now trying to spread the love, however, and over the next few months, will be holding AdWords and Analytics seminars in five different places.

 Seminar Leader

Admittedly, Denver, the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, Raleigh, and Dallas aren't perfectly spaced throughout the continental U.S., and inhabitants of our two freak states are plumb out of luck.  But a lot of people who want attend should be able to lop a few miles off their trips, and that's a start.

As an added bonus, "Vivian" writes on the Inside AdWords Blog, "Sign up 7 days before the seminar date and we'll even throw in a $50 AdWords advertising credit."  This won't cover the cost of the $249 seminars, yet again, attendees should be happy to take what they can get.

The one-day sessions are scheduled to start on March 10th and extend through April 28th.  Leaders will include Anastasia Holdren, Michael Harrison, Shawn Purtell, and Timothy Seward.  And finally, Vivian concludes, "[I]f you'd like to be informed when AdWords and Analytics Seminars become available in your area, simply fill out this form."

Google does appear willing to expand the program over time.
