Microsoft sites picked up 520 million, while Yahoo sites drew nearly 470 million for the month. Time Warner and eBay rounded out the top five, with Wikipedia, Fox, Amazon, CNET, and Apple closing the top ten.
Of the top ten, Apple made the biggest month over month leap. Their unique visitors increased by 5 percent, a leap we can likely attribute to the relentless buzz surrounding the iPhone debut.
Among sites that experienced the biggest percentage gains in visitors, Facebook's 21.8 percent rise for May 2007 topped all but the Ciao sites in Europe. Facebook drew over 47 million unique visitors in May 2007.
