Hold Spammers Accountable for Lost Time
I hope to see more of this. Spammers should be accountable for their actions. Even though this ruling only touches a small tip of the iceberg, it is nice to see courts coming down hard on spam. I think if the penalties are stiff enough, then it will become tougher and tougher for spammers.
There needs to be an instant reporting mechanism in mail that allows users to flag mail as spam, and there needs to be more accountability in other countries, since mcuh of the spam originates there.
Great article
That is the one thing I can get behind, spam emails. They definitly need to have more indepth laws.
