Microsoft didn't have too bad a month of search in January. As Doug reported, comScore had Live Search's market share rising from 8.3 to 8.5 percent.
AT Internet Institute from France published a report as well that finds Live Search climbing over there. "It further consolidates its performance (3rd) and climbs by 0.12 points: 2.29% of visits in January 2009 vs. 2.17% in December 2008."

It is worth noting that Google rose a little bit too, and sits comfortably at 91.23% market share. I don't think they have anything to worry about just yet.
