Isn't it great that AOL is still around?
AOL has launched the AOL Technology Network, which includes the blogs Engadget, Switched, TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog), and the DownloadSquad.
AOL says its Technology Network will give users a resource to compile information about technology news and products. For advertisers it will allow them to integrate ad campaigns across the network of sites.
Visitors will be able to access network sites from their existing domain names or through a link on AOL that will take them to the network.
Endgadget has also rolled out a new design. From Endgadget, "We went through and really cleaned up the joint, yanking out old modules and ads wherever possible."
"You might spot our new and improved photo gallery browsing and updated looks on things like comments and polls, but it's hardest to miss the new rotating carousel over on the right. Keep an eye on that thing, it's where we'll be plugging in our biggest stories and must-see features."

but what will it do for my stock?
Glad to see AOL may actually be trying (all be it a bit late) to return to the idea that they are in business to make money but - let's be honest here - what is it going to do for my AOL stock? It was worth something once, now I am not so sure it is worth using as TP.
