Zayn Malik has reportedly left the One Direction tour and has headed home to the UK. This report was confirmed on Thursday by Simon Jones–the UK rep for One Direction.

It seems “stress” is the reason being given for why Zayn Malik left Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan to perform the next three concert dates without him. Two of those events are in Japan, with the third taking place in Jakarta.

Most people are assuming that Zayn is under stress due to recent allegations he cheated on his fiancee, Perrie Edwards.

This sudden departure from One Direction no doubt has some fans wondering if Zayn Malik is leaving the band for good. Is that even a consideration? What would 1D be without Zayn?
