Last updated: October 27, 2026. This page explains how WebProNews uses AI, who is responsible for what we publish, and how we correct mistakes.
Every article on WebProNews is published under the name of a real person on our editorial team. That person is accountable for its accuracy. Their bio page lists their background, their beat and how to contact them. We do not publish under generic bylines such as “Staff” or “WebProNews”, and we do not use invented author names.
Between May 2025 and October 2026, WebProNews published a large number of articles that were mostly AI-generated and carried bylines that did not belong to real staff. That content did not meet our standards. In October 2026 we removed 17,946 of those articles. Their URLs now return “410 Gone”. The articles we kept are being rewritten and re-checked by named editors. We also stopped automated bulk publishing.
Sponsored newsletter placements and client pages are clearly labeled. They are kept out of search engine indexes (noindex). Advertisers have no say over our editorial coverage.
If you find an error, email [email protected]. We correct factual errors promptly and add a dated correction note to the article.
