Zayn Malik, formerly of One Direction fame, is rumored to be dating fashion model Gigi Hadid. The two have been spotted out on what seemed to be dates twice now, since she and Joe Jonas broke things off.

A source tells Us Weekly the two are official.

“They seem equally super into each other, texting each other all the time,” an insider tells Us. “They’ve only been hanging out a couple weeks.”

The source adds that Zayn Malik showed up to watch Gigi strut her stuff in her first-ever Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show earlier this month.

“He thinks she’s so hot. He takes interest in her shoots and videos she does. He thinks she’s sweet, too. She talks about her mom a lot and her family, and he likes that.”

Gigi Hadid has been hanging out with Zayn Malik’s friends, too.

“She drinks beers with the guys, she’s cool, and funny,” the source adds.

The model, 20, and former One Direction hunk, 22, were spotted in West Hollywood last Sunday, after Hadid attended the 2015 American Music Awards.

“Gigi was leaving The Nice Guy,” a source previously told Us Weekly. “She walked down the street and jumped in the car where Zayn was waiting to pick her up.”

Zayn Malik caused some controversy earlier this year when he split from the popular boy band One Direction. After saying he needed some down time, he launched a solo career.
