  • Witney Carson, one of the Dancing With the Stars dance pros, tied the knot with Carson McAllister in January. In a recent interview with People magazine, she dishes on married life and what her new husband thinks of the sexy dances she often takes part in on the show.

It was on New Year’s Day that Witney Carson married Carson McAllister. She says love ever since has been wonderful.

“It’s been so much fun so far,” she said. “I feel like everyone needs to get married because it’s just the best.”

Witney and Carson honeymooned in the Bahamas following their Utah wedding. Prior their wedding, the couple split their time between Utah and L.A. They are now settling into L.A. life full time, while Witney Carson rehearses for the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. She is paired this season with Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller.

“It’s like having your best friend with you 24/7,” she says. “It’s so much fun!”

Witney Carson and Carson McAllister met while they were both still in high school.

“Just knowing that I have someone who knows me before all of this started, someone who has always been there for me, through thick and thin, it’s such a comfort,” she said. “He totally keeps me grounded. I love that he’s not in the industry because he can bring me back down to earth.”

Even though living in L.A. is a new experience for Carson McAllister, Witney Carson said in the interview, “he’s loving it here.”

“As long as you put the other person first, then your marriage will be great,” she added.

Fans can checked out newlywed Witney Carson on season 22 of Dancing With the Stars beginning March 21.
