Val Chmerokovskiy appeared on ABC News on Monday night, just hours after he and Rumer Willis performed for the first part of the Dancing With the Stars finals. He dished about seeing Die Hard star and Rumer's father, Bruce Willis, in tears.

It was the impressive job Rumer Willis did while performing her foxtrot that made it clear Bruce Willis was touched by his daughter's talent.

"I put everything I had out there today," Rumer Willis told ABC News. "I'm so excited. I'm a little sad that it's done and next week we don't get going, dancing something new. But ... we have a few more dances to do [Tuesday]."

Val Chmerkovskiy was astonished that Bruce Willis "was in the audience on Dancing With the Stars this season, but was even more shocked by the fact that Willis was in tears. There's no footage like that in the world, in the history of television."

"Outside of acting, I don't think there has ever been captured Bruce Willis in tears and genuinely meaning. So, you're welcome, Dancing With the Stars," Val added.

Did you catch Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy in action on DWTS Monday night? Did you see how teary-eyed Bruce Willis was when the camera panned him in the audience?

Part two of the Dancing With the Stars finals airs tonight--Tuesday, May 19th. Will you be tuning in to see if Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy make Bruce Willis cry--again?
