The rhythm and blues group, TGT, comprised of Tyrese, Ginuwine, and Tank, may not be morning people.
TGT were guests on WLNY’s “The Couch” on the morning of July 19, and many viewers felt they gave an awkward performance. Tyrese seemed mad, Tank fidgety, and some viewers even speculated that Ginuwine may have been on drugs because of his excessive blinking.
In an interview with World Star Hip Hop, Ginuwine said, “Aye, man. It was six o’clock in the morning and I popped something but it wasn’t no damn molly [a term used for ecstasy]! I popped a damn 5-hour Energy drink and I didn’t think it would do that to me.”
The guys even took to their respective Twitter accounts to joke about their performance.
Fellas ya'll gotta get it together…. My performance was great… Please guys… Lol @TheRealTank @Ginuwine lets get u some eye drops!

Clear Eyes may have a new celebrity spokesperson in Ginuwine.
The trio formed in 2007 after being friends for over ten years. After dealing with legal and label issues, the group was signed to Atlantic Records in 2012 and will finally release their first album, 3 Kings, in August 2013.
