Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have been the subject of several rumors lately that range from impending divorce to a looming eviction from their home, but Tori’s rep can clear up at least one of those.

The couple’s home was photographed by a paparazzo recently, who caught a notice posted on the gate that appeared to give the reality stars a warning that they were about to lose their home. However, Spelling’s rep says it was all just a misunderstanding.

“Due to a clerical error a three-day notice was initially posted at the house,” Spelling’s rep said. “All payments have in fact been made, the lease is current and in good standing and the three-day notice has been effectively withdrawn.”

The couple is also dealing with stories of infidelity on Dean’s part after a 28-year old woman came forward claiming they’d had a tryst. Emily Goodhand says Dean told her he had a “sexless marriage”.

“She is refusing to comment on the cheating rumors publicly, even though she believes Dean did cheat on her,” a source told RadarOnline. “Tori is obsessed with having a picture perfect family, and thinks it’s a big part of her image. Commenting or addressing the cheating would taint that image. Things are very tense in the house right now, and Tori is making Dean’s life hell.”

Adding weight to the source’s comment is the fact that Tori had a family Christmas card made up last year and has been seen out and about with her children during the storm of rumors flying around about her personal life. She has not publicly commented on the allegations.
