Tamara Judge took her granddaughter Ava to the pumpkin patch and posted some pics for the world to see on her Instagram account. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has been the headlines recently for a variety of reasons including saying Vicki Gunvalson lied about having a brain tumor.

She has also been involved in a custody battle for her daughter Sidney. On that matter, she posted this:

It's so unbelievably hard. ? I still don't know if sharing it was the right thing to do, I've been in tears all day. I just want my Daughter back. Please God please bring her back to me . ? I love you So much Sidney. ( for the rude people, I did not lose custody of my daughter in court. So please stop with the rumors)
