A Houston woman is being charged with murder after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death in the head with a high-heeled shoe.
44-year old Ana Trujillo was arrested after police arrived at her swanky building, The Parklane, on an assault-in-progress call. There, they found her 59-year old boyfriend–who has not been identified publicly yet–dead on the floor. The police statement didn’t say whether Trujillo used the shoe to protect herself in an attack from the man or whether she was wearing it or wielding it as a weapon when she killed him.
Trujillo was released on $100,000 bond and awaits a court date while police try to figure out exactly what happened on Sunday morning.
This isn’t the first time a woman has attacked a man with her footwear; in 2010, a British woman stabbed a man in the eye while they were sharing a cab. Reportedly, the two got into an argument after she kicked him. He survived the attack, however.
