Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are two of the biggest talents in the WWE. While wrestling is choreographed, it does take a lot of stamina and strength to pull off the stunts fans have come to expect every week. Now those very same fans can get fit the WWE way with two fitness DVDs.
WWE and LionsGate announced this week that they’re releasing two fitness DVDs starring the WWE’s power couple. The McMahon DVD is part of the WWE Fit series whereas the Triple H DVD is part of the WWE Power series. Both DVDs feature four week workout calendars crafted by fitness coach Joe DeFranco.

As for the WWE Power Series: Triple H, fans can look forward to the following:

If you want to get fit with McMahon or Triple H, the WWE says that a set of light to heavy dumbbells are required. You may also want to invest in a chair for all the heads you’ll be beating in at the end of the four week regimen.
