Stephanie March and husband, celebrity Chef Bobby Flay, are in the midst of messy divorce proceedings that just keep getting uglier and uglier.

Bobby Flay filed for divorce from wife Stephanie March earlier this month, and now a new report alleges that Flay, 50, has been cheating on the Law & Order: SVU actress for years with a “singer/actress who worked as a hostess at the chef’s Bar Americain in 2008 and became his assistant,” as Page Six reports.

According to the site, Stephanie March, 40, learned late last year that her 50-year-old husband had been engaged in an affair with 28-year-old Elyse Tirrell for three years.

Actress Maia Madison told the site that Stephanie March told her about Flay’s affair around Thanksgiving.

“She came to my house and was sobbing uncontrollably. She said, ‘I can’t believe the last 10 years of my life have been a lie.'”

Flay’s rep had refused to comment on the allegations, as stated to Us Weekly.

“We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo. This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other. It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that’s unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage.”

After a 10-year marriage, the divorce is mired down in the details. Stephanie March’s lawyers are reportedly contesting the couple’s prenup, which says millionaire Bobby Flay only needs to pay his ex $5,000 per month in alimony.

Bobby Flay’s business partner Laurence Kretchmer told Page Six he knows nothing about any affair and claims there is even more ugly that will be divulged in the future. This time, about Stephanie March.

“As ugly as Stephanie is going to look [when this news comes out], she will look uglier when other things come out,” said Kretchmer.
