Sons of Anarchy just got a bit more interesting!

On Thursday, May 29, the FX network announced a shocking new addition to the show's cast - Marilyn Manson!

According to Hollywood Reporter, the "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" singer-songwriter will portray Ron Tully, a white supremacist, in a recurring role for the upcoming seventh season of the show.

In addition to the network's press release, Manson released a statement of his own in regards to his upcoming role on the show. Manson revealed that the show holds sentimental value to him and he was actually determined to land a role on the show because he wanted to make his father proud.

"'Sons' has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father's,” Manson said. “So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of 'SOA' is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle."

The network revealed that Jax (Charlie Hunnam) will be working with Tully, a "prison shot-caller," to further expand his power base. However, fans will have to wait and see whether they'll be working on the streets with SAMCRO or behind bars. For those who missed it, season six ended with Jax taking the fall by agreeing to a plea deal that would put him away for quite sometime. He also took the deal to exonerate his wife, Tara.

Although widely known for his heavy metal, shock rock music, this won't be the first time the Antichrist Superstar rocker has found himself on the small screen. Manson has appeared on a number of notable television series like MTV's Celebrity Death Match, Showtime's Californication, and HBO's Eastbound & Down.

The final season of Sons of Anarchy is scheduled to premiere in September.
