Nutrisystem is that weight loss system you’ve seen on TV for years. They have the prepackaged meals, snacks, etc. delivered to your door. You know the one.
Well, apparently Soleil Moon Frye benefitted greatly from the weight loss system, losing 40 pounds total.
The former Punky Brewster star told People, “This is my best version of me!”
Soleil Moon Frye isn’t the only one enjoying her new body.
She said, “My husband said to me, ‘You’re the girl who always wears surfer shorts and rash guards [on the beach], so I didn’t even know what you looked like in a bathing suit until now!'”
Soleil Moon Frye said she knew she had a problem right after having her new baby last year.
She said, “I had the baby, and I was waiting for it to start coming off. The frustrating thing for me was that one day I would lose a pound, but the next day I’d be back up two pounds. I needed help kicking it into gear.”
Soleil Moon Frye addmitted that “when Lyric was four months old, four people in one week asked me when I was expecting.”
Yep, that will do it! That will make a girl want to drop some weight.
Now, Soleil Moon Frye is hoping to inspire other moms with her story and her experience with Nutrisystem.
She said, “For me, I just want to feel great. But carrying the extra pounds started to weigh me down –- literally.”
She added, “I want to encourage moms to feel good about themselves. I think it’s important to empower ourselves. We have kids and we love our kids. But we still have ourselves. And I want to feel like the best version of myself.”
