From madly in love to just plain mad, Selena Gomez is furious at being viciously attacked with cruel jokes about her relationship and sex life with ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber. She blames “The Biebs”  for having had a hand in it, as “Selena Jokes” were undoubtedly allowed.

During the taping of Bieber’s Comedy Central roast on March 14, comics relentlessly made Gomez the butt of nasty comments supposedly made to put Bieber on the hot seat. The 21-year-old starlet felt like she was the one being roasted as more jabs were thrown at her about her previous, on-again- off-again relationship with the singer.

Bieber seemed to have offered himself up for sacrifice, as the roast is known to leave no topic unturned for the sake of comedy. Gomez paid the price of being the ex-girlfriend of the “fifth most-hated person of all time,” as Shaquille O’Neil puts it. Chris D’Elia joked that he was going to roast Bieber harder than “Orlando Bloom f-ked Selena Gomez.” Jeff Ross poked at Bieber being a man-child and commented that Gomez was dumped because she “grew a moustache” before the singer did. Ross even bordered on racism, dissing Bieber with “Selena Gomez had sex with [you]… proving Mexicans will do the disgusting jobs Americans just won’t do.”

Reports say that Bieber felt nervous that his “true love” might get hurt with the bad jokes. He back-pedaled and threw a comment that got everybody’s attention saying, “One more thing before I go. There’s someone in my life that I owe a special apology to. I’m talking about someone that I really loved and lost because I screwed it all up. But, thankfully, that special someone, the love of my life, is here tonight. I just want a second chance, so if you could come on out.” His pet monkey, Mally, got on stage after his statement.
