Selena Gomez debuted a new shorter hairstyle at 103.5 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball 2015 in Chicago, but she didn’t get a haircut. Instead the “Good for You” singer had her hair extensions removed, revealing the real length of her natural hair.

Following the removal of said extensions, Selena Gomez teased that something new and exciting is on the horizon for her. She did her teasing in the form of a photo, in which she wore a tiny black bikini.

The biggest hint in Selena Gomez’s post is the tagging of famed photographer Steven Klein. Klein is a professional photographer who did Kylie Jenner’s controversial shoot for Interview magazine.

This has led some fans to wonder if Selena will soon be featured in a fashion editorial. Of course it could also pertain to a film. She has appeared in a handful since her Disney days on The Wizards of Waverly Place came to an end.
