Scott Disick has fallen off that proverbial wagon, despite spending time in rehab last fall, following his split from Kourtney Kardashian last summer.

Spotted in a photo alongside several girls in Mexico, with beer in his hand, it’s clear Scott Disick is spiraling into that great abyss yet again.

While it may be coincidental, Kourtney Kardashian posted a rather cryptic tweet on the same day this photo of Scott Disick surfaced.

Kourtney Kardashian called it quits with Scott Disick last summer after pictures of him cheating on her with stylist Chloe Bartoli showed up online. The two spent nearly 10 years together, and are the parents of three children–Reign, Penelope, and Mason Disick.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star allowed Scott Disick access to their children, provided he remained sober. It seems like big changes are in store for their children in light of his recent lapse in sobriety.

Scott Disick went back to hosting parties in popular nightclubs following his stint in rehab, but remained sober for a while. As others enjoyed beer or cocktails, he sipped on soda water.

Not so these last couple of times, however, much to Kourtney Kardashian’s chagrin. Even though she may not want him back as her life partner, he is the father of her children. Denying them time together is a hard thing for a mom to do.

Do you think these latest photos indicate Scott Disick has gone back to all his wicked ways, or might this be just a temporary lapse, with thoughts of heading back to rehab on his mind?
