Scarlett Johansson is allegedly pregnant with her first child with fiance, French journalist Romain Dauriac, TMZ reported Monday.
The 29-year old actress and Dauriac, who went public with their relationship in November 2012, became engaged in September 2013. The Paris-based journalist proposed to the Avengers star with a vintage Art Deco diamond engagement ring. A date for the nuptials was not announced at the time, and the actress told Good Morning America in January she was in no rush to get married.
"I'm not doing any wedding planning," said Johansson.
"No, that's far off my mind right now. Right now, I'm planning Avengers 2. That's my planning," she said.
The Dolce and Gabbana spokesperson is reportedly five months along in her pregnancy, TMZ reported, citing sources close to the couple.
Johansson was previously married to actor Ryan Reynolds, and the two divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage. Reynolds married Blake Lively in 2012.
Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive was seen with Duriac by her side during most of 2013, when she was busy with several projects. In the fall, she was in France shooting the action film, Lucy, written and directed by Luc Besson and also featuring Morgan Freeman. Johansson stars in the title role as a drug mule who accidentally swallows her cargo and discovers she has superpowers.
Before that, she shot Chef, a drama written and directed by Jon Favreau. The story focuses on a cook, played by Robert Downey Jr., who opens a food truck after being fired from a high-profile restaurant.
Johansson worked on Avengers: Age of Ultron last year. The project is currently still filming and due for release in 2015.
She also shot Captain America: The Winter Soldier, in which is portrays Natasha Romanoff (a.k.a. Black Widow). The film is scheduled to release April 4, 2014.
