Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and longtime Beau Jason Statham are getting married!

Eagle-eyed viewers spotted what looked like an engagement ring on Huntington-Whiteley’s hand as she walked the Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday.

And the actress and model’s reps have now confirmed the news. The two were engaged over the holidays.

The couple met on the set of Transformers and have been dating for five years.

This will be the first marriage for Huntington-Whiteley, 28 and Jason Statham, 48. Statham was in a relationship with model Kelly Brook until the mid-2000s.
