An Indiana man who pulled a gun on another driver will be extradited to Kentucky on Tuesday to face charges after he was caught on video.
51-year old Perrin Dobyns was reportedly driving erratically on a Kentucky roadway on Sunday when another driver began recording him on his phone. Dobyns then pulled a gun and pointed it at the driver, who has not been identified. The man was able to pull off at an exit and call police, who viewed the video and tracked Dobyns down via his license plate number, which was captured on video.
Dobyns, an employee at Indiana’s Branchville Correctional Facility, could face up to five years in prison if convicted. He is charged with wanton endangerment in the first degree.
