  • Someone in Iowa won the $202.1 million jackpot in Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing. Interestingly, the first three numbers of the winning combination were multiples of 13, traditionally considered an unlucky number. I guess that’s not the case anymore.

The winning ticket was sold at Casey’s General Store in Bondurant, Iowa. The numbers were: 13, 26, 39, 41, 42, Powerball: 10.

There was a $2 million prize winner in New York, and $1 million prize winners in Georgia, Iowa, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington.
