Heiress Paris Hilton is more known for her appearances on the red carpet lately than anything else, but apparently she's been working on her music career, fattening up a second album and creating fresh beats in the studio.

Wait, what?

Yes, you read that right. Paris has been fine-tuning her DJ skills and is ready to unleash them on the world this June, when she will follow Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Clarkson to perform at the Pop Music Festival.

"Electronic music is a huge passion of mine and I'm finally letting the world experience it with me," Hilton says. "I have been working in the studio for a long time and ready to take deejaying to the next level. I chose Brazil for my debut because it is the country of music and dancing."
