Nick Gordon was served earlier this week with a $10 million lawsuit alleging he not only beat, but also stole from Bobbi Kristina Brown. The suit claims Brown withdrew money from one of Bobbi Kristina’s accounts several days after she was discovered facedown in a bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia home, back on January 31.
The lawsuit also alleges that Nick Gordon misrepresented his relationship with Bobbi Kristina Brown, convincing many people that he was her husband in order to access her finances. He also reportedly used that ploy in order to control the people with whom Bobbi Kristina associated.
Nick Gordon allegedly dragged Bobbi Kristina up a flight of stairs by her hair, and hit her–knocking out some of her teeth. Just prior to her being discovered unconscious, she had planned to meet a friend to discuss her concerns about her relationship with Gordon.

Bobbi Kristina Brown now lies unconscious in a hospice facility outside of Atlanta, where family members are sitting vigil at her bedside, awaiting the moment when the 22-year-old daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston draws her last breath. It is uncertain whether Nick Gordon will be charged with murder when that occurs.
Bobby Brown has refused to allow Nick Gordon to come near his daughter since January 31st. He was not allowed to visit her in the hospital, in the rehab center, nor in the hospice where she is living out her last days.

Nick Gordon was served with the papers for this lawsuit at a Starbucks in Florida. The suit was filed with the courts by Bedelia Hargrove, a conservator for Bobbi Kristina Brown, back in June.
