Natalie Portman has got a new, fresh summer look going on.
The Black Swan actress, who has been the face for Miss Dior Cherie fragrance since 2010, debuted lighter locks Thursday at the Miss Dior Exhibition Opening in Shanghai, China.
Dressed in a super chic white silk dress, black pumps, a matching clutch, and white gold and diamond earrings, all designed by Dior, the 33 year-old Oscar winner traded in her dark brunette, shoulder-length hair for a lighter caramel color for the summer.
This is Portman’s first appearance on the red carpet in several months. During the Thor tour last year, she spoke with US Weekly at the New York City premiere of the movie about experimenting with her hairstyle.
“Well, I have shaven my head and had it grow back,” she recalled of her famous scene in 2006’s V for Vendetta. “I feel like that’s an experience — that’s a once in a lifetime experience, especially when you have curly hair!”
