Monica Bellucci stars in Spectre as one of the new Bond girls to hit the big screen. She much prefers “Bond woman” to Bond girl, however.
During a recent press interview for the film, the film’s star Daniel Craig came to Monica Bellucci’s defense. The Red Bulletin reporter had the audacity to refer to Monica Belluci as am “older woman,” and Craig wasn’t having it.

“”Bond girl” is outdated,” she said in an interview with The Independent. “Monica is 50 and I think it’s respectable to say she’s a Bond woman.”
The actress definitely has the backing of her Spectre costars.
