Molly Schuyler is a 120-pound mom of four who likes to eat. In fact, she bills herself via Facebook as the ‘number one female independent competitive eater in the world.’ Now she can add a new record to her Facebook page. She took a challenge at the Big Texan, a steakhouse on Route 66 in Amarillo–and broke it.

It was back in 2014 when Molly Schuyler first took on the Big Texan’s challenge. Eat a 72-ounce steak, a baked potato, a shrimp cocktail, a salad and a roll in under an hour, and the meal is free. It will be a year next month that she ate the meal in a record 4:58.

On Sunday, the Big Texan shared word that Molly Schuyler had broken her own record. The 120-pound woman didn’t eat her meal faster, or even double up to eat two meals. Instead she ate three–all the side dishes included–in a record-setting 20 minutes.

Big Texan co-owner Bobby Lee spoke about Molly Schuyler and her steak-eating record to Time magazine.

“We’ve seen a lot of things come through these doors but Molly…she takes the cake… she takes lots and lots of cake,” he said.

Could you imagine eating as much food as Molly Schuyler ate at the Big Texan? Most people couldn’t get that volume of food down–let alone keep it down.

Could you?
