Miranda Lambert still remains the queen of country music. The nominations for the 2014 Country Music Television (CMT) Awards have been released and Lambert garnered 6 nominations – two with her band the Pistol Annies, two for her duet with Keith Urban for the song “We Were Us,” and two as a solo singer.

Lambert, 30, is a multi-awarded country singer who has already won 5 consecutive Female Vocalist of the Year awards from the Academy of Country Music. She currently holds the title for the most consecutive wins in that category.

She gained fame for being a singing contestant on Nashville Star in 2003 where she became a finalist and finished in third place.

Lambert beat her fellow country musicians by having the most nominations this year. Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan followed her with 5 nominations each, and Taylor Swift and Keith Urban each have 4 nominations.

The CMT Music Awards is a fan-voted awards show for country music videos and TV performances. This year’s 13th show will be held at the Bridgestone Arena in Tennessee. Voting will  started Monday and will continue until June 1 via CMT.com. CMT host, presenters, and performers will be announced in the weeks to come.
