Miranda Kerr: Big Changes And How She Deals

Miranda Kerr has gone through some big changes over the last few months. Not only has she split from Orlando Bloom, she also left Victoria’s Secret to work on numerous other marketing deals.

While Kerr appears to be handling these changes well, she admits that it isn’t always easy and that the media makes it much harder than it has to be"

Kerr said that whenever she begins to doubt herself or feel overwhelmed, she turns to religion and prays and meditates until she feels better.

“Imeditate every day and I do yoga. I'm not religious, I'm spiritual. And praying is something my grandmother taught me as well. To pray and be grateful, have gratitude, is a big thing for me.”

“When I have challenges now, I feel like I sit with them, I try to look at things, because there's always a positive and a negative to everything," she said. "And sometimes I'll speak to friends, and sometimes I'll just meditate and I'll visualize letting it go, or whatever it might be. Meditation and yoga, and having people, as I said, who you trust, who you talk to. But also writing. I like to write, and then I can rip it up or burn it."

Kerr also recently reconciled with her mother and family, who she admitted to not always getting along with. The family reunited for Mother’s Day over the weekend and Kerr shared photos of the reunion on Instagram.

She also talked about what it’s like to be a mother to her 3-year-old son, Flynn.

"I just feel like being a mother, it brings so much joy to my heart," she said. "It's my favorite thing, just being with him and spending time with him."
