Miley Cyrus is still recovering from the severe allergic reaction that landed her in a hospital a couple of weeks ago. She is canceling two more concerts on her Bangerz Tour as a result, however, including shows in Amsterdam and Antwerp, Belgium. It is expected that the Wrecking Ball singer will appear at her May 6th London appearance, however.

It was a treatment of a sinus infection that went awry on April 15th and resulted in the allergic reaction that hospitalized the We Can’t Stop singer. The 21-year-old daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus is rescheduling these most recently cancelled concert dates for June.

A press release issued by reps for Miley Cyrus announced these latest cancellations on Wednesday.

“Cyrus is continuing to recover from the severe allergic reaction she suffered on April 15. After a period of improvement, Cyrus’ symptoms have returned and doctors will not permit her to travel,”

Miley Cyrus postponed her entire U.S. tour until some time in August following her initial illness. It is expected at this point that she will be able to keep most of her European tour on track.

As recently as Monday Miley still thought she’d be in Amsterdam by Friday.

Miley Cyrus spoke to Ryan Seacrest on Monday about her recent health scare.

“It was so scary –I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn’t know I was really scary allergic to,” she said.

“I was on this medicine for five days and everything was all good and on the sixth day, I just woke up — it was so scary,” she added. “I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn’t know I was really scary allergic to and it was so scary — I couldn’t breath and my skin—everything—was going insane.”

Hopefully even though Miley Cyrus had to cancel these two concert dates she is finally on the road to recovery. It’s good that she is heeding her doctor’s warnings and not going ahead with the tour dates in spite of those warnings.
