Whether you grew up in the 60’s or the 90’s, The Rolling Stones, and Mick Jagger have been a steady presence. The Stones are legends, right up there with the Beatles. A rock band that has stood the test of time.
The Rolling Stones stepped off the plane from London in the early 60’s, along with the craze known as the “British Invasion.” American music critic Robert Palmer said the Rolling Stones’ “remarkable endurance stems from being rooted in traditional verities, in rhythm-and-blues and soul music, while more ephemeral pop fashions have come and gone”.
The Rolling Stones were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989. They are still doing concerts, with the upcoming blockbuster March 22, 2014 concert, tickets are going on sale on November 25th, 2013. Prices start at $200 and go up to over $1500 to see them play.
It’s no wonder, with lead vocalist Mick Jagger at the ripe age of 70, he’d eventually become a great-grandfather. Jade’s daughter Assisi is about to have a baby, gifting the rock and roll legend a great-grandchild.
Jade is his only daughter with his first wife, the Nicaraguan model and human rights campaigner Bianca Jagger, who he wed in 1971 and divorced eight years later.

The baby will be Assisi’s first child with her boyfriend Alex, a chef, the Sunday Times said.
Mick didn’t stop there – he and actress Marsha Hunt had one daughter, Karis, 43; He has 4 children with Jerry Hall; Elizabeth, 29, James 28, Georgia Mae, 21 and Gabriel, 16. And… with a fling he had with Luciana Gimenez, he had a son they named Lucas, age 14.
Mick is sorta like that energizer bunny – he just keeps going and going and going!
