Dancing With the Stars ended two weeks ago with Meryl Davis and Maks Chmerkovskiy winning the title. Since then, rumors about the two dating have been spreading like wildfire. Davis and Chmerkovskiy’s chemistry was evident throughout the show. However, Davis said that they are not dating.

The two soon went on their separate ways with Davis focusing on her skating performances, and Chmerkovskiy spending time with his family in New York.

After two weeks of being apart, they reunited once again and Chmerkovskiy shared an Instagram picture with the caption, “All is right in the world again! Got my long awaited hug!”

Chmerkovskiy was also present at the Fred and Adele Astaire Awards where he was interviewed about his relationship with Davis. “I love her. I love her! I love her as a person and for what she has allowed me to do with our choreography and how much she’s embraced it… She’s a brilliant person, and she’s also very normal. I enjoyed my time with her. It was sad when the season was over,” Chmerkovskiy answered.

Though the two always deny that there’s something romantic between them, other sources say otherwise. Just after their Dancing With the Stars win, they were spotted having dinner and they were reportedly “touchy-feely” with each other. “Before dinner they were in a corner talking really close. He kept kissing her on the forehead and was doting on her,” the source said.

Chmerkovskiy also added, “Rumors are always circulating around us dancers.” He said that it’s the nature of what they do, since they’re always in close proximity with their dancing partners. “In order to produce what Meryl and I produced, there had to have been so much chemistry, and we had it. And that’s what leads people who are not used to that to speculate, which is great. I love that.”

However, another source said that Chmerkovskiy is just affectionate with women and being “touchy-feely” is just how he is.
