Once a cheater, always a cheater. And a beater too?

According to Martina Hingis' estranged husband, Thibault Hutin, the tennis player was not only caught cheating on him twice, but he is also accusing her of beating him up.

After only a year of marriage, Hutin walked in on Hingis with another man. After taking her back, he caught her cheating on him again.

As if cheating wasn't enough humiliation, try getting beat up by your in-laws too.

Hutin claims that Hingis, with the help of her mother and her mother's boyfriend, attacked him. Hutin told the German newspaper Blick, “On Monday evening, I was in our shared apartment when the doorbell rang. In the course of a dispute to Martina and her mother Melanie Molitor pounced on me, beat me and scratched. My upbringing forbids me to beat women. I resisted every effort, as suggested to me Mario Widmer, the partner of Melanie, the DVD player to the head.”

The German to English translation is a little rough, but it seems while Hutin and Hingis were arguing, her mother pounced on him, beat him up and scratched him. Then the mother's boyfriend (Mario) hit him in the head with a DVD player.

The gang didn't just beat up Hutin, he says they also stole his passport and his credit cards. He then went to the police in Pfäffikon to file a report. “The policemen went with me back to the apartment and forced the three to surrender my valuables. They wanted to massacre me, I’m shocked! I never thought it would go so far," said Hutin.

Hutin, an equestrian show jumper, is also accusing Hingis of being connected to a break-in of his car last Friday. Hutin told Blick, "Someone had tried to tamper with the engine. Because besides me only Martina has a key to the garage, for me there is only one possible culprit: Martina." He has also passed on this information to police.

"First she cheating on me, then they tried to break my car. Now she is physically up to me and stealing my valuables," said Hutin.

And the craziness doesn't stop there. Hutin is also alleging that Hingis has been threatening to have Russians kill him. Hutin said, "Last time I did receive an SMS with a threat to send me Russians on the neck. I do not like more white."

And you thought you had lady problems.

Hutin is currently staying in a hotel with plans to move back to France.

Hingis, the former No. 1 female tennis player, recently pulled out of playing in Tokyo and Beijing due to "personal reasons" and is unsure if she'll play in 2014.
