Mariah Carey may have her another rich man. The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Carey is jet-setting with Australian billionaire and entertainment mogul James Packer.

Carey and Packer were spotted hand-in-hand on the streets of Capri, in the south of Italy on Friday.

While most recent media attention for Mariah Carey has been regarding her split from Nick Cannon, the America’s Got Talent host was not her first husband. That honor went to former Sony head honcho Tommy Mottola. It was Mottola who guided Mariah Carey’s career to the top of the charts.

Motolla and Carey met when she was 19 and working as a backup singer. They married when Mariah was 23. For her walk down the aisle with Mittola, Carey wore a $250,000 Vera Wang gown with a 25-foot-long train.

After their divorce, Mottola said his relationship with Carey had been “absolutely wrong and inappropriate,” a phrase many men have used to describe a past relationship at one point or another.

Now Carey, who no doubt has plenty of money herself, may well be back in ten-figure income territory with James Packer. According to reports, Carey and Packer have been friends for years, and were introduced through his business partner, filmmaker Brett Ratner. Packer and Ratner own RatPac Entertainment together, and Ratner is behind Mariah Carey’s latest video for her song “Infinity.”

Packer has been married twice before, most recently divorcing his second wife Erica Packer in 2013. The couple had three children together. Sources say that Packer and his ex had an amicable parting, as did Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. He was rumored to have had flings with a few supermodels, but is said to have “aggressively pursued” Mariah Carey.
