  • Maria Bartiromo has a new gig.

In June, Maria Bartiromo will take over Don Imus’ timeslot on in the Fox Business News lineup.

A little over a week ago, Don Imus announced his exit from the network. Since then, execs have been working to completely revamp the lineup, including a new 5 a.m. start time and an extra hour for Maria Bartiromo.

Maria Bartiromo will now host Morning Money with Maria Bartiromo, which will run from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m.

In addition to the changes for Maria Bartiromo, there are major shifts for other anchors. For example, Varney & Company will be expanded to three hours and will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Neil Cavuto gets a move to a new time slot. Cavuto: From Coast to Coast will air from noon to 2 p.m.

In addition, there will be other schedule changes and even a new show!

Roger Ailes, chairmand and CEO of Fox News Channel and FBN, said in an announcement, “With a reengineered lineup and a 5 a.m. start time, we’re providing non-stop financial news with unparalleled market coverage and analysis.”

He added, “Replacing Imus with a business news morning show anchored by Maria Bartiromo and adding Neil Cavuto to two hours in daytime enables FBN to have tremendous depth. We’re also pleased to welcome Trish Regan and her fresh take on economic trends which will complement our coverage.”

The big changes will go into effect on June 1st at 5 a.m.
