Margot Robbie may have started out as a lesser-known Australian actress until her breakout role in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street alongside Leonardo Di Caprio. But now, the stunning actress is definitely one of the stars to watch out for in the coming years. In fact, she pretty much epitomizes glamour that her appearance in this year’s Oscar red carpet is considered as one of the awards show’s highlights. Robbie stunned onlookers with her black, long-sleeved St. Laurent gown with a plunging V-neck. She also cut her long hair, sporting instead a stylish blonde bob that perfectly fits her.
But one of the accessories that grabbed people’s attention was the Van Cleef and Arpels necklace that she was wearing. Robbie told Ryan Seacrest, “The necklace is worth more than my life!” She added, “It was created for the Duchess of Windsor or something in the ’30s, I am very lucky to be wearing this.” The necklace, which features a diamond and sapphire tassel, is reportedly one of the most expensive diamond necklaces in the world at $1.5 million.

A spokeswoman for Van Cleef and Arpels said, “We’re very excited to have Margot wear what has become an outstanding technical achievement that has achieved iconic status. The Zip necklace remains an important part of the Maison’s current collection.”
Robbie is currently promoting her new film Focus and it was recently announced that she will be starring as Jane in the upcoming Tarzan adaptation. It’s bound to be a busy year for Robbie, who’s also included in the Suicide Squad cast.
In an interview for the March issue of Vogue Australia, Robbie admitted that she was worried that her career might have peaked with The Wolf of Wall Street. “’Wolf’ was so insane and doing it was such a crazy experience. But once I’d done it, or while I was doing it even, I didn’t see how I could possibly move things forward from that because that was just so incredible.”
