Maci Bookout is incredibly upset about Farrah Abraham joining the cast of Teen Mom OG. OG stands for ‘original girls,’ and Maci Bookout expected those originals to include herself, along with Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell. When the show’s producers told her Farrah Abraham was going to be on the show, too, she was not happy. She even briefly threatened to back out of the show.
The Teen Mom OG producers wanted to bring Farrah Abraham back because they know that she doesn’t get along with the other girls. Given that–and the fact that she has been both a porn star and an erotica fiction writer–she brings with her enough drama to keep Teen Mom fans tuning in.
“You guys can leave now, it’s over,” Maci Bookout said when producers informed her, Amber Portwood, and Catelynn Lowell that Farrah Abraham would be joining them on the new show.
“Oh, my God,” was Amber Portwood’s reaction.

Catelynn Lowell didn’t seem the least bit surprised.
“I knew it,” she said.
Maci Bookout announces in one of the first episodes of the new show that she and fiance Taylor McKinney are expecting a baby. Her first child, son Ryan, has been part of Maci’s story since the beginning of Teen Mom.
Teen Mom OG premieres on MTV in late March. Do you think Maci Bookout and the others will ever welcome Farrah Abraham to the show? Or will that lack of welcome stir the pot with just the necessary amount of drama to make the first season of this new show a big hit?
