LSU gymnast Lloimincia Hall wowed the crowd in January with her hip-hop inspired floor routine, and now that the video has hit the web it’s gone viral, and has caught the attention of Sports Illustrated blogger Nicole Conlan.
Hall helped LSU get to the NCAA Championships last weekend with her third perfect-10 score in one season and will compete in Birmingham, Alabama on April 18.
“The regional meet is always one of the most intense and competitive events every year, and I am so pleased with how we competed and performed tonight,” LSU head coach D-D Breaux said. “The crowd was into the meet from the start to the finish, and it made for a really fun and exciting atmosphere in the arena.”
SI’s Conlan called Hall’s routine the “most impressive” she’s ever seen, and the praise is similar around the web as the video makes the rounds. So far she has five perfect ten scores career-wide and 24 career floor titles, which rank third in LSU history.
