At least there is someone out there feeling sorry for Shia LaBeouf — or maybe not.

Just a day following LaBeouf ‘s boot out of the Broadway show “Cabaret” at Studio 54, Scott Gorenstein, a rep for Liza Minnelli, reached out to the troubled actor.

Apparently Gorenstein sent LaBeouf a DVD copy of the Bob Fosse film, which starred Minnelli and earned eight Academy Awards.

“I figured he may want to find out how it ends,” quipped Gorenstein.

The 28-year-old actor was booted from the theater and arrested at intermission after being disruptive during the performance, spanking star Alan Cumming on the bottom and yelling obscenities during the show.

According to the criminal complaint, a security guard at Studio 54 saw LaBeouf stand up in the middle of the performance and taunt the actors onstage. The security guard asked LaBeouf to leave the theater, but he refused to go.

As LaBeouf was escorted out of Studio 54, he screamed at the arresting police officer.

“F— you. This is f—cking bullshit. Do you know my life? Do you know who the F— I am? Do you know who I am?” ranted LaBeouf.

As LaBeouf was being arrested, he spat at the cop, according to the arresting officer.

He was charged with 5 misdemeanor counts, including trespassing, disorderly conduct and harassment. Bail was set at $2,500 and he was released on his own recognizance.

If LaBeouf‘s recent behavior is all just an act as he has claimed, it’s probably time for him to drop it!

LaBeouf’s next court date is scheduled for July 24.
